We try to do things a little differently... attempt to be forward thinking while holding true to things like artist development and treating fans as the awesome folks they are. This blog is about various thoughts on the music industry, promotion, manufacturing and all the other label oriented business.

Hello, my friends, hello...

Isn't the feel of a new blog just to die for? It's this clean, unblemished canvas... not yet sullied by your dirty thoughts, confused emotions and boring day-to-day trivialities. There is womb-like comfort in the thought that those of you now reading this perhaps haven't yet been exposed to the darkness of my psyche, my grandiose ego, and my tendency to run on and on at length about things nobody but myself could possibly care about.

And now I've said too much. You must realize it's all down hill from here.

I'll be using this little spot on the web to pontificate about the music industry. Ever notice how the term "music industry" has "dust" in it? Yeah. Let's do little spring cleaning and figure out what it really means to make and release records today. Can't say I'll be full of viable solutions, but I'm likely to be full of opinions. We all love those right?

Technorati Profile
